Here is a summery recipe for a healthy gut - they come with great fibers, fat and delicious flavours.
➢ 1⁄4 cup of frozen organic blueberries – or a combination of the blueberries, boysenberries and raspberries – adding up to a 1⁄4 cup
➢ 1⁄4 avocado
➢ 1⁄2 cup coconut cream or a Natural coconut yoghurt
➢ 1⁄4 cup almond milk (no sugar added) or other plant based milk
➢ 3-4 ice cubes
➢ 1 teasp MCT oil (Melrose Kick start e.g.)
➢ Erytrithol, Monk fruit sweetener, stevia drops or glycerin to taste
Bring it in to a high-speed blender, bring it into a tall glass sprinkle with coconut flakes on top – enjoy!
